Single Listing Link

With your flexmls IDX subscription, you can create a link that displays a single listing.

To do this is to copy the Permalink that is under the Actions>Share tab

Step 1

Bring up the listing in an IDX link and click on the Actions button…

Step 2

Another box will open with several sharing options, click on Permalink and copy the link in the text box…

* Please note: the share links will expire after 30 days.

Another way to do this is to first create a saved search IDX link that includes all listings. Then, we will make use of the Smart Frame API parameter &listing= to tell the link to only display the listing number(s) you enter after the equals symbol.

Here are the steps…

1.) Create a saved search that selects the property types by going to Search>Quick Search , select a quick search template that includes all property types. You can see the property types for each template by selecting a quick search and reading the description column. Click Use when you have found a quick search template.

2.) Click on Property Type and select all of them.

3.) Save the search by clicking on Save > Save Search on the top-right.

4.) Create an IDX link for that saved search in your IDX manager (Located under: Preferences>IDX Manager).

5.) Copy and Paste the direct link into your website editor.

6.) Now you will need to add the parameter &listing= to the end of the link.

7.) After the equals symbol, enter the MLS/listing number you wish to display
Example: http://link.flexmls.com/xxxxxxx,x&listing=12-345

*You can add more listings to the parameter. You will need to separate each listing number with a comma…
Example: http://link.flexmls.com/xxxxxxx,x&listing=12-345,67-8910
